Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a Full (100%) Refund.

Guest cancellations
48 Hours to Day of Tour
Cancellations made within the 48-hour window prior to the tour start time (but not on the day of travel) are eligible for a 50% Refund.
Day of Tour & No-Shows
Cancellations made on the calendar day of the tour, or failure to arrive at the designated meeting point, will incur a 100% Cancellation Fee. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Operator Cancellations (Weather & Technical)
Your safety and experience are our top priorities.
Unforeseen Weather
If we must cancel a tour due to unsafe or "unforeseeable" weather conditions, you will receive a Full (100%) Refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Technical Issues
In the event of a mechanical failure or technical issue on our end that prevents the tour from operating, a Full (100%) Refund will be issued immediately.
